We carry two types of silk, imported from China and Japan. Our silk ribbon from China is a great value; it dyes beautifully and has a very high satisfaction rate! Silk ribbon from Japan is more durable and doesn't split as easily when you are embroidering with. In addition, Japanese silk is known for it's  consistency in high quality.
