Returns

We always strive for you to be happy with your purchase! However sometimes things just don’t work out for whatever reason, color is wrong, size is wrong, ordered by accident, etc.. We get it, not a problem!

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order on most items as long as they are unopened, unused. Exclusions are Sale/Clearance items, these are not returnable. The original shipping charge is not refundable, (however if you are simply exchanging an item/s, there is no further shipping cost)

Unless the product is determined defective by us, or sent to you due to our error, the following restocking fee applies on returns in which a refund only is requested:

• US Orders, $3.50
• International Orders, $14.00 

Please keep this in mind when ordering!

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us FIRST by logging into your account and bringing up your order from your order history page and clicking on the "return" button. Once we receive your request, within 24 hours we will provide you with a prepaid return label by email to print. 

Your account will be credited appropriately upon return of the items. Please allow 2-3 days for processing from the date that we receive the return.
